Get to know me!

My name is Emma Poling, and I am originally from Orlando, Florida. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in business administration at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am expected to graduate in May of 2024. I pride myself on my writing and creative skills. I have much experience in writing and content creation and have been recognized and rewarded for those skills. I love helping others and have found a passion for non-profit public relations through my internship at BeWell in School last Spring. Some of my favorite pieces have come from my work as a creative intern at BeWell in School. I also have writing experience with The College of Social Work at The University of Tennessee. At the UTCSW, I wrote for various website and social media posts. I recently have been invited to participate in The PRSSA Bateman Competition at The University of Tennessee, where six of my classmates and I will put together an entire public relations campaign for an actual client in the Fall of 2023. I am incredibly proud of my accomplishments and would love you to check out some of my work.
